Who we are

Sitesy is a web design studio that builds websites for local businesses. We reach out to businesses over WhatsApp using the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta.

What data we process

We process publicly available business information (business name, category, address, public phone number and public reviews sourced from Google Maps), and the content of WhatsApp conversations you have with us, including files you choose to share (such as a logo or photos for your website). We do not collect data about private individuals — our outreach is strictly business-to-business.

How we use it

We use this data only to: show you a free demo website we prepared for your business, answer your questions, deliver a website you ordered, and provide after-sales support. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Messaging and opting out

Reply "STOP" (or "إيقاف" / "dur") to any of our WhatsApp messages and we will never contact you again — your number is added permanently to our do-not-contact list.

Payments

We never ask for card numbers, passwords, or one-time codes in chat. Payment is made only by bank transfer to the account details we send, or through a secure payment link.

Data retention and your rights

Conversation data is kept while we work together and for our legal bookkeeping obligations. You may request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us.
